Evidence-based care leads to measurable impact

CuraLinc's diverse network of counselors are independently licensed and experienced professionals who meet the organization’s strict credentialing criteria, which mirror the standards set by CAQH (the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare). In addition, providers are required to use evidence-based treatment approaches to address and resolve cases within the program, such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

In an effort to deliver the highest level of care and support for every participant, CuraLinc evaluates providers according to the following schedule of performance metrics – and prioritizes referrals to Tier I and Tier II clinicians when making a referral for in-person or telebehavioral counseling.

Last year, over 95% of care was delivered by providers in the highest tiers, reinforcing CuraLinc’s commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to every participant.

CuraLinc uses tools such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, AUDIT, WOS and NPS to assess the impact of treatment from the program’s specialized network of counselors and coaches. This approach leads to a better user experience – and meaningful results for employees and their family members.
