Identification pool

CuraConnect clients can choose one or more of the following identification pools, based on their goals for the program:

Through CuraConnect, CuraLinc partners with employers to address unmet employee needs and enhance the power of their existing benefits by engaging employees with the organization’s wellbeing and health management programs.

Each CuraConnect program is tailored to meet the distinct objectives of the employer, beginning with a client-specific identification pool. After CuraConnect determines which individuals will benefit from support and guidance, the program’s Care Advocates will engage them through empathetic and clinically-focused telephonic and video interventions that result in a personalized action plan. CuraConnect guides participants to benefits within the employer’s existing ecosystem and uses clinically validated tools to assess the impact of those programs.
