Enhance employee wellbeing with a dedicated health coach

At CuraLinc, we understand that mental and physical health are deeply intertwined. Many employees face overlapping concerns that impact their overall wellbeing. By introducing a dedicated on-site health coach, we aim to extend the range of support available to your employees, promoting holistic and comprehensive wellbeing.

Note: Dedicated coaching is not included as a default plan design element of every EAP model and is available to clients at an hourly rate.

Why consider a dedicated health coach?

  • Broad range of support.   Employees can get help with health and wellbeing goals related to weight management, tobacco cessation, nutrition, exercise, sleep, family health, prenatal and postnatal health, cholesterol management, reducing blood pressure, diabetes management and stress management.

  • Greater choice and accountability.   In-person coaching sessions at the worksite are easily accessible and encourage regular attendance, making it more likely for employees to stay committed to their health goals.

  • Holistic wellbeing commitment. This outward commitment shows you care about employees' holistic wellbeing, supporting both mental and physical health. By addressing the interconnected nature of health issues, we help your employees achieve a more balanced and optimized life.

  • Culturally competent care.   We partner with you to select a coach who meets the cultural needs and preferences of your population, ensuring personalized and effective support.

  • Create a culture of wellbeing.   In addition to 1-on-1 coaching, health coaches can lead small group sessions, wellbeing presentations, and interactive classes such as meditation, journaling, cooking demos and exercise classes.

  • Integration. Dedicated coaches will help coordinate care and referrals with a client’s other health management programs and benefits. In addition, CuraLinc’s Care Advocates from the EAP will also recommend employees work with a dedicated health coach when a physical health need is identified through the holistic assessment and intake process.

About our coaches

Our health coaches meet people where they are in their readiness to change, offering the support they need to take care of their health and create long-term positive change. All health coaches have a graduate-level degree in a health-related field and are also National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC) and certified by the American Lung Association as a Tobacco Cessation Facilitator.
