CuraLinc Healthcare’s Global Mindfulness Event Aims for GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ Title on July 23

CuraLinc will attempt to set a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for “the most viewers of a mindfulness livestream on YouTube” – promoting proactive mental health habits and the power of microbreaks.

In today’s fast-paced world, finding moments to pause and focus on mental wellbeing can make a significant difference in our daily lives. Proactively incorporating mental health breaks into the workday can help reduce stress, renew focus, boost resilience and improve overall productivity. However, finding or prioritizing the time for these essential breaks can be challenging amidst busy schedules.

To encourage people to make time for their emotional self-care, CuraLinc Healthcare, a global leader in workforce mental health and wellbeing solutions, developed Mindstream™ as a “fitness studio for the mind.” To celebrate this innovative product launch, CuraLinc is excited to announce its attempt to set a world record for the largest mindfulness livestream.

On Tuesday, July 23, at 11 am ET, CuraLinc will hold a 10-minute “Mindfulness Microbreak” led by Mike Maher, host of YouTube’s #1 breathwork channel, Take A Deep Breath. This public event, accessible at mindstreamlive.com, is open to participants around the world and provides a unique opportunity to come together in support of proactive mental health.
