Morris joined CuraLinc in 2023 as Senior Vice President of Client Success. In her role as SVP of Client Success, Morris led the rapidly growing Client Success team to the highest level of NPS and client retention in CuraLinc’s history. In her new role, she will continue to ensure CuraLinc’s solution portfolio meets the unique needs of nearly 7,000 organizations worldwide. The team is instrumental in translating strategy into impact, ensuring each program is thoughtfully deployed as part of a broader, high-performing benefit ecosystem, helps solve real workforce challenges, and supports key business priorities.

Krista brings deep expertise in advising employers on client success, engagement, and retention strategies, backed by a distinguished career in benefit consulting. Prior to CuraLinc, she held senior leadership roles as Vice President of Client Success at Alight’s Navigation Health and Senior Vice President of Client Success & Engagement at ConsumerMedical. Her experience spans consulting, marketing, sales, and analytics across the healthcare, point-solution, and insurance sectors.
