Senior Account Manager

CuraLinc is seeking an experienced client services professional to directly manage business relationships with key clients and partners. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies pertaining to account retention and growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Primary Point of Contact for a Defined Book of Business
  • Provide Consultative Recommendations to Help Large- and Mid-Market Maximize the Value of the EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)
  • Maintain (and Potentially Grow) the Business Relationship with Current Clients
  • Work with Client Plan Sponsor(s) to Develop Client-Specific Marketing Strategy for EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)
  • Manage All Aspects of Program Performance, Both Internally and Externally
  • Develop and Maintain an Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape
  • Represent CuraLinc Healthcare in Client Presentations and/or Health Fairs

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five or More Years of Health Care Account Management Experience (EAP, PBM, UM, Wellness, TPA, Carrier, Broker, etc.)
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective Speaking and Communication Skills
  • Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly-Organized, Detail-Oriented

Business Development Representative (Inside Sales)

CuraLinc is seeking an inside sales professional to prospect, qualify and generate new EAP and wellness clients through a targeted outbound engagement strategy. This position will be based out of the River North neighborhood of Chicago and is ideal for a confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Uncover New Business Opportunities by Calling and Emailing Key Prospects from Target Lists
  • Maintain Active Engagement with New and Existing Leads Through Creative Follow-Up Communications
  • Demonstrate and Communicate an Extensive Knowledge of CuraLinc's EAP and Wellness Solutions
  • Execute Lead Generation Programs to Close New Business and/or Set Appointments for CuraLinc Sales Executives
  • Provide Weekly Reports on the Status of Prospect Meetings, Sales and Activity

EAP/MHSA Case Manager(s)

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking EAP/MHSA Case Managers for full-time and part-time roles. These positions are based out of CuraLinc's office in the River North neighborhood of Chicago and are responsible for providing telephonic assessment, case management and guidance to participants who utilize the program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Telephonic Assessment, Consultation and Referral Services to Employees/Members of EAP/MHSA Clients
  • Complete a Comprehensive Psychosocial Analysis of EAP Users, Including Identification of Presenting Concern(s) and Needs Evaluation
  • Develop a Clinical Course of Action for Assessment and Treatment of MHSA Issues or Life Concerns
  • Assist Member in Locating and Securing Appointments for Individual or Group Counseling
  • Act as a Liaison with the Member’s Benefit Plan Resources or Other Population Health Management Resources (if necessary)
  • Review Treatment Plans with Affiliate Provider
  • Perform Timely Follow-Up with Member and Provider to Coordinate Resource Allocation and Determine Impact of EAP Services
  • Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
  • Minimum Five Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
  • Independent State License to Practice
  • Fundamental Understanding of MS Office and Contact Management Systems
  • Strong Reasoning Ability – Capacity to Collect Data, Establish Facts, Define Problems, and Draw Valid Conclusions

Wellness Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for client-facing marketing initiatives, health education team support, social media and executive administration. This position will be based out of the River North neighborhood of Chicago.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Meeting, Presentation and/or Health Fair Materials
  • Act as the Key Point of Contact for Several Vendor Relationships
  • Create Professional Presentations and Documents Using Microsoft Office
  • Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for Marquee's Sales Team
  • Coordinate Collateral Distribution with Marquee's Client Services Team
  • Social Media Management
  • Screen Inbound Telephone Calls for Health Educators; Determine When and How to Respond
  • Support Health Educator Team with Marketing, Mailings and Other Admin Functions
  • Represent Marquee Health in Client Presentations, Enrollment Meetings and/or Health Fairs
  • Perform Administrative Tasks as Needed, including Mailings and Database Management
