Director of Client Services

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced and energetic senior-level client relationship manager. The Director of Client Services is responsible for developing retention and growth strategies for a defined book of existing clients and partners. The ideal 'fit' is expected to be a key contributor within CuraLinc's client services team -- someone who combines critical thinking skills with an underlying belief that no task is too small to fulfill. This position is based out of CuraLinc's headquarters in Chicago and is ideal for a confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Develop the Strategic Relationship with Preferred Channel Partners for Behavioral Health, EAP and Wellness Programs
  • Manage (and Potentially Grow) the Business Relationship with Large-Market Employer Clients
  • Provide Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize the Value of the EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)
  • Evaluate and Refine All Aspects of Program Performance, Both Internally and Externally
  • Work with Clients to Develop a Tailored Engagement Strategy for their EAP and/or Wellness Program
  • Develop and Maintain an Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape
  • Represent CuraLinc Healthcare in Client Presentations

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Seven or More Years of b2b Account Management or Client Services Experience in Health Care, Employee Benefits or Insurance (Wellness, Carrier, Broker, PBM, TPA, EAP, Telemedicine, Broker, Consultant, etc.)
  • Confident Communication (Written and Oral) Skills
  • Demonstrated Experience Working Collaboratively with Internal and External Partners
  • Ability to Strategically Prioritize and Balance Client Deliverables
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly-Organized, Detail-Oriented
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

EAP/MHSA Case Manager(s)

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking EAP/MHSA Case Managers for full-time and part-time roles. These positions are based out of CuraLinc's office in the River North neighborhood of Chicago and are responsible for providing telephonic assessment, case management and guidance to participants who utilize the program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Telephonic Assessment, Consultation and Referral Services to Employees/Members of EAP/MHSA Clients
  • Complete a Comprehensive Psychosocial Analysis of EAP Users, Including Identification of Presenting Concern(s) and Needs Evaluation
  • Develop a Clinical Course of Action for Assessment and Treatment of MHSA Issues or Life Concerns
  • Assist Member in Locating and Securing Appointments for Individual or Group Counseling
  • Act as a Liaison with the Member’s Benefit Plan Resources or Other Population Health Management Resources (if necessary)
  • Review Treatment Plans with Affiliate Provider
  • Perform Timely Follow-Up with Member and Provider to Coordinate Resource Allocation and Determine Impact of EAP Services
  • Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
  • Minimum Five Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
  • Independent State License to Practice
  • Fundamental Understanding of MS Office and Contact Management Systems
  • Strong Reasoning Ability – Capacity to Collect Data, Establish Facts, Define Problems, and Draw Valid Conclusions
