Executive Assistant

CuraLinc Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive assistant (slash) project manager (slash) superhero. This position will report to the President, though support will also be provided to the Vice President of Client Services and the Vice President of Sales. While the job will ultimately reside in CuraLinc's River North (Chicago) office, training in Skokie will be a requirement for the first month or two.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Meeting, Presentation and/or Health Fair Materials
  • Act as the Key Point of Contact for Several Vendor Relationships
  • Create Professional Presentations and Documents Using Microsoft Office
  • Assist with Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for CuraLinc's Sales Team
  • Coordinate Collateral Distribution with CuraLinc's Client Services Team
  • Maintain General and C-Level Expense Reports
  • Screen Inbound Telephone Calls; Determine When and How to Respond
  • Manage a Variety of Projects from Different Teams and Meet Deadlines

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Highly Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Minimum Three Years of Administrative Experience Supporting Senior Management
  • Exceptional Internal and External Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task and Work in a Team-Focused, Fast-Paced Environment
  • High Sense of Personal Accountability and Ownership
  • Capacity to Juggle Multiple Assignments, Prioritize and Follow-Up

Wellness Marketing Coordinator

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a marketing and administrative professional to support the wellness team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for client-facing marketing initiatives, health education team support, social media and executive administration. This position will be based out of the River North neighborhood of Chicago.

Primary Responsibilities:

EAP/MHSA Case Manager(s)

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking EAP/MHSA Case Managers for full-time and part-time roles. These positions are based out of CuraLinc's office in the River North neighborhood of Chicago and are responsible for providing telephonic assessment, case management and guidance to participants who utilize the program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Telephonic Assessment, Consultation and Referral Services to Employees/Members of EAP/MHSA Clients
  • Complete a Comprehensive Psychosocial Analysis of EAP Users, Including Identification of Presenting Concern(s) and Needs Evaluation
  • Develop a Clinical Course of Action for Assessment and Treatment of MHSA Issues or Life Concerns
  • Assist Member in Locating and Securing Appointments for Individual or Group Counseling
  • Act as a Liaison with the Member’s Benefit Plan Resources or Other Population Health Management Resources (if necessary)
  • Review Treatment Plans with Affiliate Provider
  • Perform Timely Follow-Up with Member and Provider to Coordinate Resource Allocation and Determine Impact of EAP Services
  • Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
  • Minimum Five Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
  • Independent State License to Practice
  • Fundamental Understanding of MS Office and Contact Management Systems
  • Strong Reasoning Ability – Capacity to Collect Data, Establish Facts, Define Problems, and Draw Valid Conclusions
