Vice President of National Accounts

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced and energetic senior-level client services professional to directly manage business relationships with key employee assistance program (EAP) and wellness clients. The VP of National Accounts is responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to retention and growth; and is expected to be a key contributor within CuraLinc's management team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage (and Potentially Grow) the Business Relationship with a Defined Book of Large-Market Employer Clients
  • Maintain and Develop the Strategic Relationship with a Defined Set of CuraLinc's Preferred Channel Partners
  • Provide Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize the Value of the EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)
  • Work with Client Plan Sponsor(s) to Develop Client-Specific Marketing Strategy for EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)
  • Evaluate and Refine All Aspects of Program Performance, Both Internally and Externally
  • Develop and Maintain an Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape
  • Represent CuraLinc Healthcare in Client Presentations

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Seven or More Years of b2b Account Management / Client Services Experience in Health Care, Employee Benefits or Insurance (EAP, Wellness, Clinic, TPA, Carrier, Broker, PBM, Medical Mgm't, etc.)
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective Speaking, Communication and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly-Organized, Detail-Oriented

Director of Marketing

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced marketing expert to lead and manage our client engagement and communications strategy. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic professional that will help CuraLinc create a stronger brand, improve the participant experience and positively impact client retention.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Execute and Analyze Marketing Strategies for CuraLinc’s EAP and Wellness Clients
  • Recommend Client-Specific Tactics to Drive Engagement with CuraLinc’s EAP and Wellness Programs
  • Create Customized Flyers, Posters and Brochures for CuraLinc’s Clients Upon Request
  • Ensure the Company’s Brand Identity is Consistent Across All Electronic and Printed Materials
  • Maintain Responsibility for Print and Electronic Communications Distribution Schedules
  • Work with Print Vendors to Establish Pricing, Production Schedules and Delivery of Materials
  • Identify Aggregate and Client-Specific Trends Based on an Analysis of Program Utilization Data
  • Manage and Enhance CuraLinc’s Employee-Facing Social Media Presence
  • Occasionally Represent CuraLinc as the Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Sales Presentations

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Health Promotion
  • Five (5) Years of Professional Marketing and/or Communications Experience
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Constant Contact and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including Written and Creative Competencies

This position will be based out of the River North neighborhood of Chicago and is ideal for a confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Uncover New Business Opportunities by Calling and Emailing Key Prospects from Target Lists
  • Maintain Active Engagement with New and Existing Leads Through Creative Follow-Up Communications
  • Demonstrate and Communicate an Extensive Knowledge of CuraLinc's EAP and Wellness Solutions
  • Execute Lead Generation Programs to Close New Business and/or Set Appointments for CuraLinc Sales Executives
  • Provide Weekly Reports on the Status of Prospect Meetings, Sales and Activity

EAP/MHSA Case Manager(s)

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking EAP/MHSA Case Managers for full-time and part-time roles. These positions are based out of CuraLinc's office in the River North neighborhood of Chicago and are responsible for providing telephonic assessment, case management and guidance to participants who utilize the program.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Telephonic Assessment, Consultation and Referral Services to Employees/Members of EAP/MHSA Clients
  • Complete a Comprehensive Psychosocial Analysis of EAP Users, Including Identification of Presenting Concern(s) and Needs Evaluation
  • Develop a Clinical Course of Action for Assessment and Treatment of MHSA Issues or Life Concerns
  • Assist Member in Locating and Securing Appointments for Individual or Group Counseling
  • Act as a Liaison with the Member’s Benefit Plan Resources or Other Population Health Management Resources (if necessary)
  • Review Treatment Plans with Affiliate Provider
  • Perform Timely Follow-Up with Member and Provider to Coordinate Resource Allocation and Determine Impact of EAP Services
  • Maintain Accurate and Complete Records in Compliance with HIPAA and Ethical Guidelines

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy)
  • Minimum Five Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience
  • Independent State License to Practice
  • Fundamental Understanding of MS Office and Contact Management Systems
  • Strong Reasoning Ability – Capacity to Collect Data, Establish Facts, Define Problems, and Draw Valid Conclusions
